The Pulaski Police Department has announced the newest Chief of Police, Kenneth Bass. On Tuesday, April 22nd the Pulaski Mayor, J.J. Brindley, and alderman voted for Bass to be the next Chief of Police. When asked what are you most excited for with taking this position, Bass stated “I am excited to move the department into the future and adapt to this day and age. Overall improvement for the department and to have the community more involved is a main goal”. Current Pulaski Chief of Police, John Dickey, will remain in the position until July 8th, when Bass will officially be sworn in. In July, Bass stated it will be a milestone of 20 years since he began at the department. We congratulate you on this new role in the police department and wish you the best of luck.
