Jean Arlene Hodge

Jean Arlene Hodge, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away
Monday, April 7 th , 2025 at Morning Pointe Assisted Living Facility
in Columbia, TN. Jean was born on April 13 th , 1942 to the late
William David Bagley and Arlene Ruth Yeager Bagley in
Columbus, GA. Jean worked as a banker for 17 years and also
worked as a real estate agent for over 20 years. Jean was a
proud member of the million dollar club, an achievement for her
successful real estate career. In her spare time, she enjoyed
gardening, riding four-wheelers, watching Tennessee Vols and
Miami Dolphins football, and spending time with her
grandchildren. She was a member of Kelley’s Chapel Baptist
Church in Waynesboro, TN.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband of 56 years, John F. Hodge.
She is survived by sons, Wayne Hodge (Jennie) and David
Hodge; brother, Bill Bagley; grandchildren, Jennifer Arlene Jones
(Zachary), David Hodge Jr., and Aaron Hodge; Kace Jones and
several other great grandchildren; Sam Nickerson, Pam
Nickerson, Kim Nickerson, Butch Broom, Patrick Poole, and
several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on
Saturday, April 12 th , 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The funeral
service will be held following the visitation, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Brother Troy Gobble will be officiating.
Interment will be held at Spann Cemetery.
