It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roger Kincaid, who left us on April
4th at the age of 65. A cherished husband, devoted father, proud Paw Paw, and a friend to all.
Roger lived a life full of love, laughter, casting lines, and pickin’ some tunes. Roger had a love
for the mountains, country music concerts, and taking his dogs on every adventure (Rascal and
Rolly). His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Born on July 27th in Pulaski TN, Roger was a man whose life was guided by a deep love for his
family, work and his passions. He was a natural outdoorsman, with a love for fishing and
hunting that he shared generously with his loved ones. Whether casting a line into a quiet lake
from his boat or waiting patiently for a deer to appear on a crisp morning, Roger found peace in
nature and enjoyed passing these moments along to his children and grandchildren. Roger took
pride in his work as a tool and die leadman for 36 years at T and C stamping. Prior to that Roger
worked at Marmomt Gabriel for 11 years.
As a father, Roger was the very definition of dedication and love. He worked tirelessly to
provide for his family, and was always present in the lives of his children, and grandchildren
whether it was to lend a hand, offer a word of advice, coach a softball team or simply share a
laugh. His pride in his family, and friends was evident to all, and he leaves behind a legacy of
kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support.
As Paw Paw, he created a world of joy for his grandchildren, filling their lives with laughter,
stories, and lessons in life. His warm presence and tough guidance will never be forgotten.
Roger also had a deep appreciation for music. He was never without a guitar at home,
strumming chords and singing songs. His music was a gift, and it brought joy to his kids and
grandkids. His melodies will forever echo in the hearts of his loved ones.
