Lawrence County Board of Education Meetings

Lawrence County Board of Education will host a couple of meetings next week. A Board Member Retreat meeting will be on Thursday, March 27th, 2025 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM, before the regular monthly Board meeting, at the Central Office Board Room to discuss Long-Term Planning for the Lawrence County School System. This will be the first of several Retreat sessions to follow before the monthly Board Meetings on April 17th, May 22nd, and June 26th schedule is subject to change with notice. The Board of Education will meet on Thursday, March 17th at 5:00. Agenda items include, budget items, food service items, policy items, teacher bonus resolution, and approving sixth-grade transition to Summertown Middle.
