Shane Eugene Ridling

Shane Eugene Ridling, 51, of Killen, AL, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024 after a hard fought battle with Lymphoma.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Kaylee Atkinson
Son-In-Law: Jesse Atkinson
Granddaughter: Jayleigh Atkinson
Son: Kody Ridling
Ex-Wife and husband: Connie & David Holden
Along with many loving family members in Georgia

Mother: Sheila Ridling
Twin Babies: Shanna & Tyler Ridling
Grandparents and many other loved ones

Shane was a master carpenter. He worked for Junior Smith Builders for 18 years. He worked for Southern Wall Systems in Georgia before moving back to Alabama. Shane was a huge part of the IBEW family to whom he became very close while supporting his son-in-law Jesse.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Shane on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 2:30 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home with Family & Friends officiating. The family will visit with friends from 2:00 P.M.-2:30 P.M at the funeral home prior to the service.
