Lawrence County Sheriff’s Stats for February

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office has released its monthly stats for February. Data shows that deputies responded to 1,065 calls for service. These calls, both proactive and reactive, resulted in 200 arrests. A total of 169 traffic stops were conducted in February, in addition to 267 civil processes, 20 funeral escorts, 19 domestic violence-related calls, 13 vandalisms, 26 burglar alarms, 38 animal calls, 8 fraud-related calls, and 12 thefts. Deputies also responded to 21 crashes.
