Delinquent Tax Properties in Lawrence County will be Sold Online

The Lawrence County Chancery Court has announced that on April 8th, delinquent tax properties will be sold on GovEase.com. Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the website for information on registering and bidding on these properties. Registration is open from March 10th until April 1st. This sale will pay the debt for taxes (including interest, penalties, expenses, and attorney fees) owed to Lawrence County and the City of Lawrenceburg for the fiscal years 2021 and prior. Property owners still have the option to pay taxes and fees and remove their homes from the sale. However, the Lawrence County Clerk & Master’s Office will only accept cash or certified funds until 3:00 PM on April 8th.
