Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Public Meeting

The Tims Ford Tailwater trout fishery is the subject of a public meeting that the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is inviting the public and fishermen to attend. The Jack Daniel’s Distillery Visitor Center, located at 133 Lynchburg Hwy, Lynchburg, Tennessee, will host the meeting on Tuesday, February 25th. TWRA regularly updates the Tims Ford Tailwater Trout Management Plan as part of its continuous efforts to efficiently manage the trout fishery, and it encourages public feedback to help guide future tactics. Anglers have the chance to express their concerns, discuss their experiences, and make recommendations for ways to make the fishery better at this meeting. Representatives from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and TWRA personnel will be on hand to answer inquiries and go over different facets of the Tims Ford Tailwater.
