According to WAFF 48, Ardmore Police Chief Jereme Robison reported that a robbery occurred at a gas station in Ardmore, Alabama on Wednesday evening. According to Robison, the heist took place at the H&P Max Fuel gas station on Main Street at approximately 11:50 PM on Wednesday, February 19th. Robison said that the establishment was staked out by robbers. They pulled up to the front of the store when the clerk was alone. Two people in masks and hoodies stepped out of a car. According to Robison, at least one guy remained in the car after they broke into the store and robbed the woman at gunpoint while brandishing firearms. According to authorities, the burglars took at least $1,000. They fled the scene and got into a car after the crime. They fired multiple bullets at other people’s cars as they were leaving, and one of the rounds entered the driver’s side door but did not pass all the way through. The suspects departed in an unlicensed black Dodge Charger. The identities of the suspects are still unknown. According to Robison, any assistance in identifying the suspects would be highly valued.
