Public Meeting for the City of Clifton

On Monday, February 24th at 6:00 PM, the City of Clifton will have a public meeting at the Clifton Campus of Columbia State Community College, located at 795 Main Street. The meeting’s goal is to enlighten attendees about the City of Clifton’s request for a $15,903,809 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan to build a water treatment plant and how this will affect monthly water rates. It should be mentioned that 31% of the total will be forgiven as principal and will not need to be paid back.
