Janis B. Coleman, age 79, of Lawrenceburg,TN passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025, at NHC Healthcare Scott in Lawrenceburg,TN. She was a native of Hixson,TN, and a retired teacher from Lawrence County School System.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William E. Coleman, III.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. No services will be performed at this time per Janis’s wishes.
