Janet Lynn Beegle Abernathy entered into the arms of Jesus on February 10 th , 2025 at the age of 51
surrounded by her loving family. Janet was born on January 3 rd , 1974 in Huntsville, Alabama
Janet was known for her firecracker spirit, wittiness, and her love for fishing.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13 th , 2025 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Bennett-May &
Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, February 14 th , 2025 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May
& Pierce Funeral Home.
The burial will be at Giles Memory Gardens in Pulaski, Tennessee.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Cancer Center of Columbia or
Compassus Hospice in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Janet was preceded in death by her niece Ashley Beth Rolin. Brother-in-law, Harold Rolin. Step-father,
Charles Holley. Her maternal grandparents Henry and Roberta Medley. Paternal grandparents Albert
Fox and Zela Beegle.
She is survived by,
Father, Ernie (Joyce) Beegle of Hazlegreen, Alabama.
Mother, Mary E. Holley of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Daughter, Shantel (James) McElrath of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Son Joseph (Cia) Johnson of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Grandsons, Kasen McElrath, Kaisyn Johnson, and Kyren Johnson.
Granddaughters, Riley McElrath, Alexiana McElrath, and Lunabella Johnson.
Sister, Kim Rolin of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Sister, Pam Beegle of Hazlegreen, Alabama.
Brother, Chris Beegle of Pulaski, Tennessee.

Step-brother, Chris Marshall of Hazelgreen, AL
