Closings for Presidents Day

Keep in mind, that Monday, February 17th is Presidents Day. Many government and state businesses will be closed in observance of the holiday. Local schools and surrounding county schools will be closed. For Hohenwald, the City Hall will be closed and garbage routes will run one day late. The Lawrence County City and Government offices including Solid Waste Transfer Station will be closed. Please note that the Monday residential garbage pick up will be on Thursday, February 20th. Please put carts out the night before Thursday, morning pick up.
