Public Hazard Mitigation Planning Meeting

There will be a public hazard mitigation planning meeting for the Lawrence County Emergency Management Agency. The meeting’s purpose is to update the Hazard Mitigation Plan to reduce the risk of natural hazards in the community, such as tornados, flooding, drought, and severe weather. You will not need any prior knowledge of mitigation. The Lawrence County Emergency Management Agency and the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency want to hear your input and experiences. This will occur on Friday, February 28th at 10:00 AM at the Lawrence EOC at 25 Public Square, Lawrenceburg.
