Pauline Womble Gist

Pauline Womble Gist, age 86 of Lawrenceburg, passed away Friday January 24, 2025 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia.
Pauline was born November 27, 1938 in Ethridge, TN to Earl and Martha Watts Womble. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved growing flowers and sitting on the front porch talking to her neighbor. In her free time, she liked talking on the phone and binge watching Yellowstone. Pauline was a former member of Solid Rock Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 34 years, Ray Gist, great grandchild Paisley Burdette, brothers E.C. and Dale, sisters Frances and Doris.

Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday January 28, 2025 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 11am Wednesday January 29, 2025 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with interment to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include her son Tim Smith (Daphne Eady) of Lawrenceburg, brother Randy Womble (Amy) of Pulaski, grandchildren Chris Smith, Amanda Jenkins, Chloe Smith, Blane Lester, Destiny Lester, Makayla Brown, Makenzie Eady, Miranda Eady, great grandchildren Caliana, Luna, Eli, and Presley.
