Lawrence County Commission to Meet Tuesday

Members of the Lawrence County Commission will convene for their bi-monthly business meeting on Tuesday.  Members will fill the District 4 Commission seat left vacant by the recent death of Commissioner Roy Hagan.  They will consider other appointments, approve the county road list, consider adopting a revised transportation fee for the Emergency Medical Service, vote on a one-time contribution to the City of Loretto for sewer plant upgrades, and consider several other items of business.  The meeting, which is open to the public, will begin at 5:00 in the upstairs courtroom of the Lawrence County Courthouse.
