Amy Jennifer Byrd, born in Tampa, Florida, in 1974,
has passed away, leaving a legacy marked by her
deep love for dogs, music, and the color purple. Amy
spent her formative years in Decatur, Alabama,
where she attended high school and later studied at
Calhoun Community College. She eventually moved
to Lawrence County, Tennessee, where she made
her adult life. She leaves behind her parents, Scott
and Dianne, her sister, Kim, and her husband Tim,
her two children, Arlow and their husband Randall,
and Wesley, and her grandson, River. Though her
relationship with her children was complicated, the
memories they shared will endure.
A memorial service will be held at later time.
Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home is privileged to be
assisting the family at this time.
