Marvin Wayne “Bubba” Cook of Pulaski, Tennessee passed away Friday morning, January 17th, 2025, at Ascension St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born in Covington, Tennessee on July 24th, 1965, and was 59 years old.
Bubba loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He loved joking around with his friends and family. He enjoyed playing music on his guitar, watching the history channel, studying the Bible and was an avid TN vols fan. Bubba loved animals, especially his dog Coda.
Visitation will be 12:00pm until 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm, Tuesday, January 21st, 2025, in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial donations to be made to Bennett May to help with funeral expenses.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Linda and Ed Lance and Bobby and Lucy Cook, brothers; Joey Lance and Shannon Lackey.

Sister, Shelia Chandler of Goodspring, Tennessee.
Sister, Suzette (Robert) Chumley of Atoka, Tennessee.
Sister, Diane Henson of Henning, Tennessee
Brother, Scott (Jennifer) Cook of Henning, Tennessee.
Brother, Bo Lackey of Henning, Tennessee
Nieces and nephews, Murphy, Tyler, Rost, Shamblee, Sheena, Jake, Grace, Lindsey, Lillie, Hailey, Kandice, Rhiannah, Shelby, Megan, Savannah, Sasha, Ashley, Jamie, Amber, Samantha, and Drew.
24 great nieces and nephews also survive.
