The officials for 2025 were recently appointed by the Executive Committee of the South-Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD). Jonah Keltner, the mayor of Lewis County, was chosen as the Board’s Chairman during the meeting. Fayetteville City Mayor, Donna Hartman, was chosen Secretary/Treasurer, while Marshall County Mayor, Mike Keny, was elected Vice-Chairman. Richard Stewart, the Interim Executive Director, swore in the three officials last month at the SCTTD headquarters in Mount Pleasant. The General Assembly established the SCTDD in 1972 with the goals of advancing economic growth, delivering necessary services, and enhancing the general welfare of its Southern Middle Tennessee residents. For more information about the SCTDD and the services they provide, visit the website at https://www.sctdd.org/.
