David Crockett State Park Announces New Park Manager

David Crockett State Park is proud to announce the new park manager, Ann Paley. Ann was born and raised in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and has deep and strong ties to the park and community. Throughout her time in college, Ann worked summers in a variety of seasonal positions at DCSP, where she started as a seasonal employee in 2009. Before taking a seasonal interpretive ranger job at Pickwick Landing State Park in 2015, Ann earned her BA in linguistics and her MA in applied linguistics from the University of Mississippi. She immediately received an offer to work as a ranger in Chickasaw State Park full-time, therefore her tenure as an SIR was short. She also graduated from TLETA in 2016. Ann returned to TSP as a full-time ranger in 2021 where she has continuously grown in leadership and passion. As Park Manager Ann Paley takes on this well-earned role, please join us in congratulating her!
