James Gary (Jim) Adair

James Gary (Jim) Adair, 70 of Athens, AL and a long-time resident of
Greenville, TN passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. He had a
passion for real estate and was a Realtor Auctioneer and Real Estate
Developer during the career. Mr. Adair is survived by his daughter, Amy
Freiermuth (Brent), of Athens, AL; son, Jay Adair of Loudon, TN;
grandchildren, Emma Adair and Ray Freiermuth; brothers, Jeff Adair of
Macon, GA; and Joey Adair (Linda) of Lawrenceburg, TN; sister, Nelda
Nelson of Lawrenceburg, TN, and several nieces & nephews. He is
preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Jean Adair.
