The City of Columbia Commemorate the Completion of West Haven Park

On December 19, the City of Columbia staged a rededication ceremony to commemorate the completion of major improvements to West Haven Park. In the City’s continuous efforts to improve public areas for citizens of all ages and abilities, this event represented a significant turning point. The park is now more inclusive than ever thanks to the ceremony’s display of its new features, including an ADA-compliant parking area with a recently installed access path, swings accessible to all ages, and a beautifully built pavilion with picnic tables for events and gatherings. Both locals and guests are welcome to make use of the park’s new features. West Haven Park is located in Columbia, off of Haven Circle.
