Santa for Seniors Donation Deadline is Monday

The Santa for Seniors Christmas drive is still in desperate need of donations.  Each year Santa for Seniors provides nonperishable food, personal care and household items, blankets, heaters, and other necessities to hundreds of Lawrence County’s senior citizens and shut-ins.  They still need lots of nonperishable food, blankets, heaters, and many other items.  You can see lists of more specific items needed by visiting the Santa for Seniors Facebook page.  Beginning Monday, donations may be dropped off at the basement of Providence Hall, on the Public Square, where volunteers will be working throughout the week.
