Downtown Lawrenceburg is thrilled to announce that Tennessee Economic & Community Development has given it a $250,000 Placemaker Grant. The creation of private and collaborative co-working spaces on the top floor of One Public Square in the former First National Bank building, which is now home to The Reserve, will be facilitated by this money. The goal of this game-changing project is to encourage innovation and growth among Lawrenceburg business owners, remote workers, and entrepreneurs. While maintaining the appeal and character of this iconic downtown landmark, the new co-working space will offer a cutting-edge setting intended to promote creativity, networking, and productivity. Offering something for every business community member, the facility will include both a collaborative public co-working space and private micro-offices. For more information, please get in touch with Michele Gantz, Executive Director, Downtown Lawrenceburg, at 931-242-3136.
