Structure Fire Resulted in Complete Loss

In the early hours of Sunday, December 8th, a structure fire broke out at a residence on South Branch Road. Dispatch received an alarm activation report from a fire alarm company. Ethridge Fire Department was immediately dispatched, with Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department arriving first on the scene with the structure fully engulfed in flames. Additional units were requested for assistance. More than 30,000 gallons of water were used to contain the fire. Ethridge Fire Department extends its gratitude to all units and responders who assisted the operation.
