County Bids Farewell to Commissioner Hagan

Lawrence County bid farewell Monday to Roy Dale Hagan, who held the seat for District 4 on the Lawrence County Commission.  Hagan died November 29 following a battle with cancer.  He was Supervisor of the Tool Room at Murray Ohio, Plant Manager for Delta Steel & Tube, and was a farmer.  He was involved in many clubs and activities in the county and was a member of Copperas Branch Baptist Church.
