Jackson Attends Turkey Pardoning Ceremony

Former Lawrence County Commissioner Chris Jackson attended this year’s official Turkey Pardoning Ceremony on the White House South Lawn last week.  Jackson was one of the groups invited to witness the pardoning of two turkeys presented to President Joe Biden by the National Turkey Federation.  This is a long-standing tradition begun in 1947.
