County Mourns the Loss of Former County Executive

Lawrence County mourned the loss last week of former Lawrence County Executive Marty Dunkin following his sudden death on November 19 at the age of 66.  Dunkin worked in the family business, Dunkin’s Market, before serving multiple terms as Lawrence County Executive. At the time he was elected, he was the youngest person to hold that position. Afterwards, he worked for Waste Connections as a division Vice President until his retirement.  Funeral services for Dunkin were held Friday.
