County Plans Public Meeting Wednesday

A public meeting will be held Wednesday to discuss Tennessee Housing Development Agency HOME grant funds awarded to Lawrence County.  The funds are to be used to rehabilitate owner-occupied homes for low-income residents.  The program will be explained, and applications packets will be available.  Applications must be returned to the County Executive’s office by December 10.  The meeting will get underway at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Lawrence County Administrative Center on West Gaines Street.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
