Alice Henson Estes

Alice Henson Estes, age 75, of Summertown, TN passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Brace Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Neva Foster Henson; three sisters, Faye Crowell, Julie Henson, and Velma Moore; and five brothers, Ernest Henson, Moe Henson, Floyd Henson, Roger Henson, and Wade Henson.

She is survived by her husband, Hollis Caroll Estes of Summertown, TN; one son, Wayne Estes of Summertown, TN; two daughters, Karen Gordon (Todd) of Ethridge, TN, and Rachel Robertson (Todd) of Summertown, TN; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Those serving as pallbearers are James Patton, David Estes, Zachary Robertson, Clay Woody, Corey Estes, and Todd Gordon.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Brace Baptist Church at 10:00 AM Friday, November 15, 2024, with Jason Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Garden Cemetery in Summertown, TN.
