The Council on Undergraduate Research Chose UNA

The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) has chosen the University of North Alabama to participate in the 2024–25 Scholars Transforming Through Research (STR) Program. This competitive, application-based professional development opportunity for teams consisting of one to three undergraduate students and a campus representative has only chosen 63 teams from across the United States. The opportunity to further the students’ professional prospects and contribute to the advancement of healthcare is ideal for this internship. 65 school leaders and 146 undergraduate researchers make up the teams, which represent 57 institutions across 22 states.
