Hit and Run Preliminary Report Release

The Tennessee Highway Patrol have released a preliminary report over the hit and run incident that occurred in Loretto early Saturday morning. Driver, Taylor Mosley, 32, was traveling North on U.S. Highway 43 when the driver struck a pedestrian, Jessica Wagner, 41, which resulted in fatal injuries. Mosley did leave the scene after impact. Charges are pending at this time.
