City of Collinwood to Host Halloween Event Thursday

The City of Collinwood will be hosting the Third Annual “Howling in the Wood” on Halloween, Thursday, October 31.  Trunk ‘R Treat will be held on Broadway from 5:30 until 8.  Persons interested in handing out candy should be set up by 5:00.
