The Tennessee Highway Patrol is seeking assistance from the public as they investigate a hit-and-run incident that killed a pedestrian early Saturday morning in Loretto.   While little has yet been released about the crash itself, they are asking the public to come forward with any information regarding a white or silver, 2000 to 2010  model Ford Ranger or Mazda, extended cab truck.  The truck was last seen on U.S. Highway 43, near Smith Circle, traveling north toward Lawrenceburg, at around 2:20 a.m.  The vehicle may have front-end damage.  Anyone who has information that might help in the investigation is urged to contact the THP Lawrenceburg District office by calling 615-744-3099.  Visit our website, Radio7Media.com, to see a picture of the vehicle.
