Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office monthly stats for August

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office has released its monthly stats for August. Data shows that deputies responded to 1184 calls for service. These calls both proactive and reactive, resulted in 326 arrests. A total of 201 traffic stops were conducted in August, in addition to 405 civil processes, 25 funeral escorts, 26 domestic violence-related calls, 6 vandalisms, 29 burglar alarms, and 19 thefts. Deputies also responded to 19 crashes.
