Radio7media is looking for a self-motivated individual to serve as an account sales manager. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, they must have good presentation skills, good strong social and digital media experience along with a desire for radio and production and must be able to closely collaborate with a team of creative individuals while being able to work independently.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
*Create and implement local direct sales plans with an emphasis on customer focused selling including radio campaigns, digital marketing, non-traditional revenue events and sponsorship of station events.

*Should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

*Develop and grow business relationships with key local companies, focusing on branding and long-term partnerships.

*Produce original digital content for all of Radio7media’s digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, apps, and including Facebook, Twitter and video applications.
Help drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from the stations’ social media presence and explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target buyers and followers.
