THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE TOOK A REPORT OF THEFT LATE LAST WEEK REGARDING COLLECTOR CARDS. ACCORDING TO A REPORT, A DEPUTY SPOKE WITH A COMPLAINANT WHO ADVISD THAT HE HAD PURCHASED OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF MAGIC THE GATHERING COLLECTOR CARDS. THE MALE THEN TOOK THE CARDS TO HAVE THEM AUTHENTICATED AT WHICH TIME HE WAS TOLD THEY WERE FACT. HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE PERSON WHO SOLD THE QUESTIONABLE CARDS. ALSO LAST WEEK, DEPUTIES SPOKE WITH A COMPLAINAT ON OLD FLORENCE ROAD WHO ADVISED SOME PARTS HAD BEEN TAKEN OFF HIS JEEP. THE VEHICLE WAS LAST SEEN IN TACK ON SEPTEMBER 5TH. AMONG THE ITEMS TAKEN, TIRES, VEHICLE WENCH AND FRONT BUMPER. ANYONE WITH INFORMATION IS ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.
