A TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO THE DISCOVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA EARLY LAST WEEK IN LAWRENCE COUNTY. ACCORING TO REPORTS, A DEPUTY WITH THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE INITIATED THE STOP AROUND 9:30 PM ON NOVEMBER 21ST. THE DRIVER WAS OPERATING A VEHICLE ON WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE. THE DRIVER IDENTIFIED AS DANIEL TUCKER GAVE CONSENT TO SEARCH THE VEHICLE WHICH RESULTED IN THE DISCOVERY OF 10 EMPTY SYRINGES AND 2 LOADED SYRINGES WITH SUSPECTED METHAMPHETAMINE. THREE CRIMINAL SUMMONS WERE ISSUED FOR DRIVING ON SUSPENDED, UNLAWFUL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND SIMPLE POSSESSION. TUCKER WAS GIVING THE UNTIL DECEMBER 14TH TO TURN HIMSELF IN TO BE FINGERPRINTED ON THESE CHARGES AT THE LAWRENCE COUNTY JAIL.
