A WAYNE COUNTY MAN WAS ARRESTED LATE LAST WEEK ON ARSON CHARGES FOLLOWING A SUSPICIOUS FIRE.  ACCORDING TO MEDIA SOURCES, INVESTIGATORS WITH THE WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WERE DISPATCHED TO A MOBILE HOME FIRE ON LONG HOLLOW ROAD THURSDAY AT THE REQUEST OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. CHARLES ALLEN RISNER, 42, OF LUTTS, WAS ALLEGEDLY SEEN THE MOBILE HOME WHICH WAS UNOCCUPIED AND HAD NO POWER.  RISNER WAS ARRESTED AND FACES A CHARGE OF ARSON AND BOOKED INTO THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL ON 50 THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND.
