A MAURY COUNTY MAN WAS ARRESTED EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AFTER BREAKING INTO A HOME IN SUMMERTOWN.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS, DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO A HOME ON CHURCH STREET IN REGARDS TO AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS BEING DETAINED BY A HOMEOWNER. UPON ARRIVAL THE DEPUTY SPOKE WITH THE COMPLAINANT WHO ADVISED HE HAD HEARD NOISES SEVERAL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND HAD GOTTEN UP A FEW TIMES BUT NEVER NOTICED ANYTHING OR ANYONE AND THAT IT WASN'T UNTIL THE LAST TIME HE GOT UP WHEN HE NOTICED CHANSTON MONTEZ FRIERSON, 32, OF MT. PLEASANT, IN THEIR RUNNING VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY. FRIERSON WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND FACES CHARGES OF AGGRAVATED BURGLARY, VEHICLE BURGLARY, CRIMINAL TRESPASSING  AND PUBLIC INTOXICATION. HE WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED TO THE LAWRENCE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER.
