A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT ON MONDAY IN PERRY COUNTY HAS LEFT ONE MAN IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER FALLING 60 FEET OVER A BRIDGE.  ACCORDING TO MEDIA SOURCES, EMERGENCY PERSONNEL WERE DISPATCHED TO A BRIDGE NEAR THE TENNESSEE RIVER ON HIGHWAY 412 AFTER SEVERAL PEOPLE WITNESSED JACKIE MCKINLEY VOWELL HIT A BARRIER BEFORE BEING OVERTHROWN BY THE IMPACT AND FALLING ONTO THE GROUND BELOW.  VOWELL WAS AIR LIFTED TO VANDERBILT MEDICAL CENTER.  PERRY COUNTY EMS, RESCUE SQUAD, TENNESSEE HIGHWAY PATROL AND DECATUR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE ASSISTED IN THE RESCUE.  THE ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
