TWO FRANKLIN COUNTY, ALABAMA WOMEN HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AFTER BEING IT WAS DISCOVERED THEY WERE RUNNING AN ILLEGAL DAYCARE.  THE TIMES DAILY REPORTS, THIRTEEN CHILDREN AGES INFANT TO TWO WERE FOUND INSIDE A RESIDENCE ON FRANKLIN STREET.  AUTHORITIES ADVISE THE INFANTS WERE ALL SITING IN CAR SEATS WHILE THE OTHER TODDLERS WERE SITTING ON THE FLOOR.  EULALIA ALONZA ANDRES, 40, AND MARIA FRANCISCO TOMAS, 50, BOTH OF ROGERSVILLE, HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH OPERATING A DAYCARE WITHOUT A LICENSE, AND 13 COUNTS OF ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD.  BOTH WERE RELEASED ON $14,000 BONDS EACH.
