A SUSPECT WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEADLY SHOOTING IN COLBERT COUNTY OVER THE WEEKEND TURNED HIMSELF INTO AUTHORITIES ON MONDAY.  THE TIMES DAILY REPORTS, GEORGE MARTEZ CHILDRESS, 28, OF TUSCUMBIA, SURRENDERED HIMSELF AT THE TUSCUMBIA POLICE DEPARTMENT JUST BEFORE 3 PM. CHILDRESS HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH THE DEATH OF KENDRICK GRAHAM, 29, WHO WAS SHOT FRIDAY NIGHT AROUND 10 PM AT KELLER COURT APARTMENTS.  HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD SHORTLY AFTER.  SHOALS AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, US MARSHALS GULF COAST REGIONAL FUGITIVE TASK FORCE ASSISTED IN PROVIDING CRITICAL INFORMATION FOR THE CASE.  CHILDRESS' BOND IS SET AT 200 THOUSAND DOLLARS.
