TWO MALE SUBJECTS AND ONE FEMALE SUBJECT WERE ARRESTED LATE LAST WEEK IN WAYNE COUNTY ON BURGLARY AND DRUG CHARGES. MEDIA SOURCES REPORT DEPUTIES WITH THE WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WERE CALLED TO A RESIDENCE ON LAST BUTLER ROAD TO A REPORT OF OF SOMEONE BEING AT A HOME THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE EMPTY DUE TO THE HOMEOWNERS BEING OUT OF TOWN. UPON ARRIVAL, DEPUTIES FOUND EVIDENCE THAT SOMEONE COULD POSSIBLY BE INSIDE AND MADE ENTRY INTO THE RESIDENCE. 36 YEAR OLD ADAM SEAVER OF WEST POINT WAS FOUND ALLEGEDLY SITTING NEXT TO A GLASS CONTAINER WITH A SUBSTANCE BELIEVED TO BE METHAMPHETMINE ON A COUCH IN THE BASEMENT ALONG SIDE JOEL TOWNSEND, 41, OF FIVE POINTS. TIFFANY LEANNE HOLDEN, 32, OF IRON CITY, SHOWED UP AT THE SCENE AND ALLEGEDLY ADMITTED THAT SHE HAD BEEN STAYING AT THE HOME. A SEARCH YIELDED VARIOUS DRUGS AND DRUG PARAPHERNIA. SEAVER AND HOLDEN WERE ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH BURGLARY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, SIMPLE POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE VI, POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II METHAMPHETAMINE, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. BOTH WERE BOOKED INTO THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL ON A 107 THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND EACH. HOLDEN WAS ARRESTED ON EIGHT CHARGES INCLUDING BURGLARY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, SIMPLE POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II OXYCODONE, SIMPLE POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE IV XANAX, POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II METHAMPHETAMINE, SIMPLE POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE VI, POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. SHE WAS BOOKED INTO THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL ON A BOND OF 122 THOUSAND DOLLARS.
