A TRAFFIC STOP IN WAYNE COUNTY RESULTED IN A DRUG ARREST ON WEDNESDAY.  ACCORDING TO A PRESS RELESE, DEPUTIES WITH THE WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT PERFORMED A TRAFFIC STOP ON A BLUE MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER ON HIGHWAY 99 IN WAYNESBORO.  THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE, MICHAEL KELLY, OF COLLINWOOD, WAS FOUND TO HAVE OUTSTANDING WARRANTS OUT OF ALABAMA.  A SEARCH OF THE VEHICLE YIELDED APPROXIMATELY 20 GRAMS OF METHAMPHETAMINE. KELLEY WAS ARREST FOR HIS OUTSTANDING WARRANTS AND CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II-METHAMPHETAMINE WITH INTENT TO RESALE.
