TENNESSEE BOATING EXAMS: Tennessee Boating Exams can be taken during regular Main Branch hours at the Giles County Public Library. No appointment is necessary, but exam must begin no later than one hour before closing. Study manuals are free and available at the circulation desk. Boat Safety Exam permit receipt from any business (license agent) that sells hunting and fishing licenses is required before exam can be taken. For additional information call 931-363-2720.

TEEN VIRTUAL TABLETOP: All you need is a 6-sided die! This is an opportunity for teens who are interested in Dungeons and Dragons and haven't tried it before, or for teens who have played it many times before. All are welcome! Meetings are hosted on Zoom Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:30PM. Next sessions are Friday, September 18 @ 2:30PM and Wednesday September 23 @ 2:30PM. Links are posted on Facebook prior to event.

GCPL CODE CLUB – Betas (12 & under) Let's meet virtually for some online fun, friendship and challenges. Learn to make games, apps, or even websites. Your imagination is the only limit! CHILDREN'S STORY TIME RETURNS! Join us on Friday, September 18th, at the Giles County Public Library for Story-Time. Story Times are held on Fridays at 10:15 AM in the Barbara Pankey Reading Corner of The Children's Room at the Giles County Public Library. During this time, story time will be limited to 10 children. Please call ahead if you plan to attend so the library can have materials for the Take and Make crafts.
