City of Clifton Appoints New City Manager

The City of Clifton has appointed Kristeen Duren to serve as the new City Manager.  Former City Manager Doug Kibbey was fired by the council in April following numerous disagreements with council members.  Duren will officially begin her new duties on September 2.
