Fayetteville High School Employee Faces Rape Charges

A former Fayetteville High School employee faced a Lincoln County Judge earlier this week to answer a statutory rape charge.

Chris Cagle appeared with his attorney in Lincoln County Court.

The judge set August 11th for a preliminary hearing to see if the evidence presented will send the case to the grand jury.

Cagle is free on bond following his arrest in March of this year.
