TVA Quarterly Business Meeting (5/8)

The Tennessee Valley Authority Board of Directors invites the public to join them in person or online as they conduct their quarterly business meeting at 9am, Thursday, May 8th.

The meeting will be held in the auditorium at the Putnam County Convention Center, 6000 Tennessee Ave., Cookeville, TN. A live stream of the meeting will be available on tva.com.

While no formal action will be taken by the Board, informational presentations will be provided on TVA’s financial and operational activities.

A listening session will be held from 2 until 4pm Wednesday, May 7th, in the convention center. Pre-registration is required to speak at the event. The meeting agenda and instructions for signing up to speak at the listening session will be available on the Board of Directors’ website by Thursday, May 1st.
