The Lawrenceburg City Council Upcoming Meeting

The Lawrenceburg City Council will meet on Thursday, April 24th at 9:00 AM in the Council Meeting Room in the Municipal Complex located at 25 Public Square. The agenda includes several ordinances and resolutions. Ordinances include the second reading of ordinance number 1404 entitled budget appropriations of revenue and expenditures for the 2024-2025 fiscal year for the City of Lawrenceburg. There will be first readings for zoning ordinances for the City of Lawrenceburg and adopting the annual budget and tax rate for the fiscal year beginning July 1st, 2025 and ending June 20th, 2026. Resolutions include entering into a contract with KCI Technologies to create a future land use and major thoroughfare plan, declaring certain property in the public works department as surplus, and approving the lease agreement between Lawrence County and the Tennessee Board of Regents on behalf of Columbia State Community College.
